Gail Troussoff Marks
Gail Troussoff Marks continues in her 14th year of teaching preschool and Sparkling Star gymnastics classes at Silver Stars Gymnastics in Silver Spring, MD. Gail is the Preschool and Special Needs Director at Silver Stars Gymnastics. She creates weekly themes for the preschool program and in the Sparkling Stars classes teaches gymnastics to children with a variety of developmental delays, sensory integration issues, autism, cerebral palsy and Down’s syndrome.
Philosophy:
Movement is life. All children like to move and gymnastics teaches movement skills. Gymnastics also develops strength, flexibility and motor planning skills that children can use in daily life and in any sport. Physical activity enhances brain development, learning readiness, and builds children’s confidence in play, sport, and social situations.

USA Gymnastics certification in KAT (Kinder Accreditation Training), MELPD (Movement Education & Lesson Plan Development), Safety, PDP I & Level I-IV(gymnastics Professional Development Program)
