Develop the Advanced Yurchenko Vault. Tony Retrosi’s Yurchenko Progressions clearly covers all the elements needed to successfully teach the Yurchenko Vault. On the first DVD he breaks the vault into six distinct elements: the run, the hurdle, the round-off, the back handspring, the flip, and the landing. Included on the video is a section that puts all the elements together. The second disk begins with drills to improve landings and covers how to improve the flipping and twisting elements of advanced twisting Yurchenkos. This is a great video for any program that is developing athletes to perform this vault.
