Her success as a coach includes coaching two Olympic Games 1996 and 2000, 8 World Championships, 4 Pan American Games and 4 Post Olympic Tours, with over 18 elite gymnasts including two members of the 1996 Olympic gold medal team, Amanda Borden and Jaycie Phelps.
Besides her international and national coaching, Mary Lee is a motivational Speaker, speaking for many national organizations (John Hancock, Proctor & Gamble) as well as at Regional and National Congresses (1994-present). Mary Lee is a color commentator for the Big Ten Network, and Author of “Living the Gold Medal Life.” In her spare time she volunteers her services for many organizations such as the Children’s Miracle Network (2007), Cookoff for Adoption @ Benihanas 2003-2008, Vineyard Community Church Outreach, and was the Regional Special Olympics Host and Coach (2001-2008)
